Magnetic Track Spotlight – Adjustable LED Accent Light
KES 2,400

48V Aluminium System
Snap spotlights, floodlights, grille lights and pendants onto one aluminium track, then slide or swap them whenever needed. No tools, no new wiring.
Why Aluminium
Many magnetic tracks on the Kenyan market use a plastic body. They look the same on day one; the difference shows months later, in how the LEDs age and how straight the line stays. Ours are aluminium, and this is why that matters.
Aluminium conducts heat away from the LED modules and driver along the whole length of the track.
Plastic insulates, so heat stays at the module. LEDs run hotter, dim sooner and drift in colour.
A rigid extruded profile stays dead straight over 1 m and 2 m runs, recessed or suspended.
Plastic can bow between fixings, and the sag shows as a wavy line on a flat ceiling.
A stiff channel keeps the magnetic strip flat, so modules sit flush and stay exactly where you set them.
A flexing body lets modules tilt, loosen or slide, especially heavier pendants and floods.
A powder-coated or anodised matte finish that keeps its colour and reads as architectural detailing.
Plastic finishes can yellow, fade and scuff with heat and light over time.
Metal does not soften or burn near the driver or connectors.
Plastic can soften, deform or discolour if a connection or driver runs hot.
Built to outlast many module changes: the track stays, only the lights you snap on change.
A cheaper start, but a track that warps or yellows usually means redoing the ceiling line.
How It Works
Part 01
Aluminium rails in 1 m and 2 m lengths, joined end to end to run the length of a room or turn a corner.
Part 02
Low voltage runs the whole track. It is safe to handle, so modules can be moved while it is switched on.
Part 03
An inline driver hides inside the track; an external one sits in the ceiling for longer runs. Size it so the lights use about 80% of its rating.
Part 04
Straight (I), corner (L) and branch (T) joints let one system follow the shape of the ceiling.
The Modules
Layer general, task and accent lighting from a single run, and change the mix later without touching the ceiling.

Adjustable heads to aim light at art, shelving or a kitchen counter.

Mounting
The same modules clip into all three tracks, so you can mix them in one project: recessed in the gypsum ceilings, surface on the concrete slab, suspended over the double-height space. The track can also run along a wall for art lighting.

Set flush into a gypsum or plaster ceiling, trimless, so only a slim line of track shows.

Fixed straight onto a concrete slab where recessing is not possible.

Hung on wires to bring light down from double-height and industrial ceilings.
Where It Works
Spots over the counter, a flood for general light and pendants over the island, on one track.
Re-aim the light when the furniture moves, without new wiring.
Follow the displays as the merchandising changes each season.
Grille lights over desks and spots on feature walls, reconfigured as teams move.
Common Questions
A low-voltage (48V) lighting system where the light modules hold onto an aluminium track by magnet. You can snap a module on, slide it along or swap it for a different type without tools, so the lighting can change as the room changes.
Aluminium draws heat away from the LEDs and driver, stays straight over long runs, holds modules firmly and keeps its finish. Plastic tracks cost less up front but can trap heat, sag between fixings and discolour, which shortens LED life and spoils the clean ceiling line.
Yes. The track can be recessed into gypsum or plaster for a flush line, fixed to a concrete slab, suspended from a high ceiling or run on a wall. Recessing is planned before the ceiling is finished, so let us know at the design stage.
2-wire track runs on mains voltage and its lights twist-lock into the rail; it suits heavier commercial spots. Magnetic track runs on 48V, the modules clip on by magnet and are safe to move while powered, and the range includes floods, grille lights and pendants for a cleaner, more flexible residential look.
Yes, with the smart version. Tunable-white modules change from warm 2700K in the evening to cool 6000K for tasks, and ZigBee control works with phone apps and voice assistants such as Alexa. Standard modules come in a fixed warm white.
